Today was a very good day for me... I bumped up a nother 1/10 of a mile to 1.1 miles. The program I am doing is through www.coolrunning.com.
Along with my workout program.... for cardio I am doing their program. It is a training program called "Couch to 5k" in 9 weeks. I find the method is awesome because it slowly builds up each week.
I know tomorrow I am going be really sore. I am interested to see how I do on my sets.
