WEEK 1-DAY 1 Wiped my ASSSSS!

OK today was day one of my workout program...this totally wiped my ass. I was able to complete the first sets of each sequence but HOLY SHIT...trying to complete on the second set of each sequence was another story. I guess I didn't really notice just how out of shape I am. Even with the push ups I had to do the incline pushups. But at least i know when I get to being able to do them regular then I will know i am making a difference. I have a feeling I am going to be hella sore tomorrow!

Thanx for the Email...You will have to keep me posted on how you do...I definitely plan to hang in there...I have been psyching myself up for this for about a month.

I started this yesterday as well. I am totally sore and couldn't get out of bed very well this morning.

I am with you there. I woke up and feel like I have been pulled through a knothole backwards. I have a feeling that this program is going to do wonders.
