Week 1 Day 2
Well, here was day 2...and I thought day one was bad...I am very sore now...I wasn't able to complete my reps of even the first sets. My body is going WFT, Evee??? I I am glad to feel this burn and ache....especially on my off day...It keeps me in check of my previous workout. Here is the really kewl thing...with each muscle that aches it has put me in "the here and now" with my body and more aware of my physical movements...Interesting.

Hey Evee,
What did you do, give up after the first week? Hang in there buddy, things will only get better as you go on. The second week is better, I'm dreading the third week (which I start on Saturday).
